Event Photography Excellence
Our team of skilled photographers specialize in capturing the essence of your event, from engaging and energetic images of speakers and attendees to dynamic networking sessions with your exhibitors. This is our process:
I. Book the event.
Submit your inquiry and we will get back to you promptly with our availability and a detailed quote. We will then send you a contract and 50% deposit request. Once your deposit is received, your event is officially booked!
II. Provide shot-list
To ensure the most comprehensive and quality service, we require a shot-list of all "must-have" images. Once we receive your list, we will reach out with any questions.
III. We get to work!
We check-in with your POC on event day and get to work. We will carefully follow your shot-list, keep you updated on our progress and do what we do best. We will also collect your final payment.
IV. We process and deliver your images!
We will cull, curate, and edit every image to perfection, and deliver the final digital album via email link within 5 business days.
